Shipping & Returns

Due to the handmade nature of Tank Glass pieces, production can take up to 8 days depending on order volume. Once produced, items will be shipped within 48 hours and will arrive between 7-10 days in the US depending on where you are located. International shipments can take 10-15 days to deliver Packages are shipped discreetly via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Packages are shipped from Los Angeles. All packages will have a USPS tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment

Glass downstem for 12 inch bong

They sent send me the bad one and my universal down stem doesn’t even fit correctly either I have to put to much water they gotta send me some new ones and reach out to me I’m super sad and mad 😭😭😭😭😭😡
